Sławomir Szurman is Managing Partner and President of managment board of AdAc.

Graduate of The Kraków Academy of Economics in Corporate Finance. Between 1996 and 2002 worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand). Began working in the audit department in charge of auditing large and medium-sized manufacturing and heavy industry enterprises including steelworks, lime quarries, coke plants, as well as machine, automotive, tobacco and food manufacturers in accordance with both Polish and foreign accounting regulations.

Experience in due diligence and other financial investigative procedures carried out on behalf of foreign investors in Poland, as well as in take-over support and post-acquisition reviews. Was involved in evaluating and reporting to the Polish Government on the compliance of foreign investors with privatisation agreements concerning privatised/sold state-owned enterprises.

Co-founder of AdAc, responsible for auditing the financial statements of several dozen companies each year. Working for large and medium-sized manufacturing and heavy industry enterprises including chemical plants, automotive, services providers (IT services, hotels, post companies), developers, aviation manufactures, clothing producers, jewellery producers and traders.

Sławomir Szurman is specialist in auditing financial statements and consolidated financial statements prepared according to Polish GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards. He was engaged in preparation of financial part of public offer prospectus for several companies.

 

Natural born skier. Every new mountain, he find as a challenge. His personal goal is to ski from every one glacier in Alps.
